The $5,500 rate is for wedding day coordination at 1 location with an indoor reception. If your reception will be held outdoors or at multiple locations, please add on those services.

Coordination includes:

  • Confirmations to all vendors involved at the location(s) hired for

• Wedding day coordination for the location(s) hired for

• Applicable staff to coordinate at the location(s) hired for

• Coordination is of the wedding day and the following periods of your wedding day:

  • Getting ready

  • Picture taking

  • Ceremony

  • Reception

If you need coordination of any additional events (ie: tea ceremony, welcome dinner, rehearsal dinner, day after brunch, etc.), please contact us for a quote.

This rate is for up to 5 hours of service, up to 200 guests, includes a wireless microphone for the MC, dance lighting for Open dancing, all labor for setup and breakdown.

NOTE: a 6’ table (covered with linen), 2 chairs, sufficient electricity, and appropriate shelter for the safekeeping of all equipment and staff are required.

This is most often used for things like vendor recommendations & matching as well as budget creation and planning. If you have something else in mind, please let us know.

If you want to use this service to create your budget and create a plan, the goal is to produce an itemized budget for the various vendors you are interested in. Depending on how quickly you are able to make decisions, the remaining time can be used to match you with various vendors.

Time purchased must be used in 1 meeting. If an additional meeting is desired, additional time must be purchased. Time cannot be carried over to another meeting.
