COORDINATION (Wedding Day)

The $5,500 rate is for wedding day coordination at 1 location with an indoor reception. If your reception will be held outdoors or at multiple locations, please add on those services.

Coordination includes:

• Wedding day timeline for the location(s) hired for

  • Confirmations to all vendors involved at the location(s) hired for

• Wedding day coordination for the location(s) hired for

• Applicable staff to coordinate at the location(s) hired for

• Coordination is of the wedding day and the following periods of your wedding day:

  • Getting ready

  • Picture taking

  • Ceremony

  • Reception

If you need coordination of any additional events (ie: tea ceremony, welcome dinner, rehearsal dinner, day after brunch, etc.), please contact us for a quote.
